Dr. Leon van Rooyen
President & Founder
Dr. Leon exemplifies that one can have a global vision without losing sight of the individual. Although reaching the masses is never far from his mind, specific and individual needs are undoubtedly close to his heart. Much of his time is spent mentoring pastors, apostles, and developing leaders. In this case, he stands firm in his conviction that empowering these individuals through training is the greatest investment he can make.
Every year, Dr. Leon travels to several nations to conduct leadership-training seminars in which he imparts powerful Biblical truths into thousands of eager spiritual leaders. Ultimately, he desires to foster maturity in these individuals and to see them reach their full potential by impacting their communities.
DorothyAnn White
CEO & Mission Director
Dorothyann (DA)’s enthusiasm and exceptional relationship skills foster an atmosphere of confidence and professionalism. Her responsibilities include training all GMR staff, as well as facilitating the registration of our online education and Degree students.
As a creative thinker, DA oversees the daily operations of the ministry and executes the overarching vision of GMR. DA has organized and led short-term missions while also providing various supplies and medical necessities for humanitarian relief.
Alinga Godber
Prayer Director
Alinga believes that prayer is essential to the Body of Christ and for the effective work of the ministry in spreading the Gospel, serving as the foundation for spiritual growth.
Alinga has a heart for missions and treasures the Word of God. She delights in teaching, serving, and helping others deepen their relationship with God. As it is written, “But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness…” Matt 6:33
Don Fisher
Director of Missions - India
Dr. Don Fisher felt the strong call of God to join the vision of GMR after 37 years of Pastoral Ministry in Central Illinois. The Apostle Paul said, “Now is the acceptable time. Now is the day of salvation.”
Don has worked alongside pastors and leaders in Canada, and launched the first School of Ministry with the First Nations people. In 2016, Don began to work in India and has made a significant impact. He focuses on reviving the churches, reaching the lost, discipling believers, opening Schools of Ministry, and building bridges within the community. Don has co-pastored the GMR India Missions Ministry with his wife Sharon, who he lost suddenly in April 2021.

Karri Cole
Web Administrator
Karri has been working with GMR as the web and IT administrator since 2017. Beyond web and graphic design, her passion lies in the mission field.
In India and Nepal, she focuses on helping women and children gain access to education opportunities that help them overcome poverty. Her heart lies in sharing the goodness and love of the Lord to everyone she meets.
Zack Davis
Unstoppable Media Director
Zack has been connect to GMR for nearly two decades through his local church.
Since he was young, Zack has always had a love for music. God has led him to partner with GMR, creating Unstoppable Media. A media division of GMR that focuses on songs of worship. Additionally, Zack has a passion to encourage and motivate others through various preaching and motivational speaking engagements. He inspires others through songs and stories of hope which drives his vision for Unstoppable Media.
John Foster
Project Director – Summit Bible Academy
John Foster has served in pastoral ministry for decades, helping leaders integrate their faith with everyday life and influence. He currently serves on the Board of New Life Advance International and has joined the GMR team as Summit Bible Academy’s project director. His passion is to equip young people to become the next generation of world-changers.
Additionally, John and his wife Joyce are passionate about seeing leaders and marriages flourish—so that families, churches, and communities thrive.
