India Development Foundation

Vision

The mission of the Indian Development Foundation is to advance the Kingdom of God in and from India. The aim is to co-labor with established Apostolic Indian ministries to evangelize, equip, empower and educate the people of this nation and other countries in Asia.

IDF Strategy

To ensure the greatest benefit to the expedition teams and the people we reach, both pastoral and expedition leaders are required. The strategy is to send an experienced pastoral leader with every team. Their function will be to care, counsel and communicate all the teams needs. On arrival, in India, they shall be joined by trained Indian leaders and IDF staff members, who will be responsible for assignments, scheduling and the purpose of the expedition.

  • Humanitarian and relief work: medical camps, food distribution, children and orphan care

IDF Training

The aim of IDF is to establish “Ministry Training Schools” [MTS] to equip and release people of all nations including Indian pastors, believers, and laborers for the work of the ministry. These Ministry Training Schools, will be strategic base points to launch out into all of India as well as other Asian nations. Training for this intensive course shall commence in Kingston, NY. After the first month is completed the recruits will travel immediately to Visakhapatanam, India for a further two months before graduation and deployment.

Village Pastors Network

To develop a “Village Pastors Network” [VPN] of pastors and ministers to relate to one another through the common cause of unity, synergy, and diversity of gifts, utilizing curriculum from Global Ministries Bible Institute and other proven resources. Organizing and hosting conferences throughout India, for the purpose of training and communicating the vision and objectives of IDF.
