Core Values

Our core values reveal the unique culture and history of this ministry. These values define how we operate as a team and as ministers of the Word of God to the nations.

Like individuals, each ministry has personality, culture, and history. Our purpose focuses on “what we do,” while our values define “how we do it.” The core values of GMR determine how we operate and function in relationships within the organization and with all those affected by our ministry.

Our style of ministry is what is commonly known as a “philosophy of ministry.” This has developed out of a clear understanding of the Biblical values we hold to.

We embrace and promote the following core values:

  • A deep love for God born out of our appreciation for the impact of His love revealed through the Cross.
  • A sincere love for all believers who call Jesus Lord and who practice His Word, regardless of denomination.
  • Living Christ-centered lives clearly expressing the prominence of the Lordship of Jesus.
  • The ministry of the Holy Spirit being essential to all that we are and do.
  • Living passionate, Bible-shaped lives.
  • That every Christian is called to be a member of a local church and to function as a minister.
  • Recognizing the value and divine destiny of each individual from every religion and culture and seeking to bring them to this realization through our ministry.
  • Acknowledging and promoting Kingdom values and lifestyle.
  • Developing sincere Christian relationships based on covenant love.
  • Unashamedly promoting the gospel of grace and the righteousness of faith.
  • A passion for the harvest of all humanity.
  • Transparency, honesty, and integrity in our relationships.
  • Team ministry; we believe that our strength is found in our interdependency.
  • Influencing the morality of our society and governments we live under.
  • God confirming His Word through signs and wonders.
  • Sacrificial servanthood as the basis for all leadership and ministry.
  • Promoting unity throughout  Body of Christ.
  • Loyalty to the Church – local and universal.
  • Compassion for the impoverished and suffering peoples of the world.
  • Expressing honor for God, government, leaders, and every believer.
